Is it really free to start?
Yes. There is no monthly subscription and no setup fee. We charge 2% commission on confirmed bookings, invoiced monthly — so we earn when you get paid.
Do I need a new PayPal or Stripe account?
No. You connect your own PayPal or Stripe account. Payments go to you; we only invoice 2% commission on confirmed bookings each month.
Can I take deposits and collect the balance later?
Yes. Take a deposit at booking, schedule payment plans with monthly instalments, and send balance reminders as the workshop date approaches.
What is a multi-session workshop?
A multi-session workshop is one offering with several dates — for example a course over three weekends. Participants book once and are registered for every session. Single-date workshops can still offer alternate run dates for people to choose from.
What is the difference between Solo and Organisation?
Solo is for individual facilitators. Organisation is for studios and collectives that need a shared dashboard, multi-facilitator roles, and commission reporting for the whole org. Both use the same 2% rate.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no lock-in and no monthly subscription. You can stop using the platform whenever you like; commission only applies while you take confirmed bookings through it.
